For generations, discriminatory lending and investment practices have acted as barriers, hindering BIPOC and women from accessing the necessary capital to realize their entrepreneurial visions and thrive in the marketplace. This initiative directly confronts this issue by expanding access to capital for historically marginalized entrepreneurs, fostering an environment conducive to their success. Its primary objective is to empower BIPOC and women by increasing their control over and access to capital, while also providing essential mentorship and professional development opportunities. Through these efforts, the project contributes to the vital task of narrowing the racial wealth gap and advancing economic justice among our community.
